These terms cover your use of beautybaeoman.com and any order you place with us. By using this site or ordering from it, you are agreeing to them.

Beauty Bae is an online Korean skincare store operating in the Sultanate of Oman, based in Muscat.

Ordering from us

You need to be 18 or older to place an order, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. A contract only exists once we have confirmed dispatch. Until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item turns out to be out of stock, if a price was listed incorrectly, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund with no deduction.

Please make sure your name, phone number and address are correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for a delivery that fails because of details entered incorrectly.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Omani Rial (OMR). Payment methods available to you are shown at checkout.

Where you pay cash on delivery, ownership of the products passes to you when payment is collected by the courier.

We work hard to keep pricing accurate, but if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price we will contact you before dispatching and you can confirm or cancel.

Product authenticity

Every product we sell is genuine and sourced through authorised channels. Counterfeit Korean skincare is a real problem in this region and we take it seriously. If you ever have a doubt about something you have bought from us, send us the batch code and we will trace it for you.

Product information and images

We describe products as accurately as we can, using information supplied by the brand. Two honest caveats:

• Colours and packaging can look different on screen, and brands update their packaging without notice
• Formulations occasionally change. Always read the ingredient list on the pack you receive, especially if you have allergies

Skincare is not medical advice

Nothing on this site is medical advice, and our products are cosmetics, not medicines. We recommend patch testing anything new on a small area of skin first. If you experience irritation, stop using the product. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant, or are using prescription treatments, please speak to a doctor or dermatologist before changing your routine.

Shipping and returns

Delivery charges, timeframes and coverage are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and cancellations are set out in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Discount codes and promotions

• One discount code per order, unless we say otherwise
• Codes cannot be exchanged for cash and have no cash value
• Codes may have a minimum spend, an expiry date, or apply only to selected products
• We can withdraw or change a promotion at any time, though this will not affect an order already placed
• Codes obtained through misuse, bulk generation or sharing outside their intended audience may be cancelled

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

Our content

The photography, text, layout and design on this site belong to Beauty Bae unless stated otherwise. Brand names, product names and logos belong to their respective owners. Please do not copy our content for commercial use without asking us first.

Reviews and anything you post

If you leave a review or send us a photo of your routine, you are giving us permission to show it on our site and social channels with credit. Please only post things that are your own and keep it civil. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading or unlawful.

Our responsibility to you

We take real care with what we sell and how we describe it. Where things do go wrong, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and none of it affects your statutory rights as a consumer in Oman.

Things outside our control

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control — courier disruption, customs, extreme weather, cyclones, network outages or public emergencies. If your order is affected we will keep you informed and refund you if it cannot be delivered.

How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Muscat.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you order is the one that applies, so the date at the top is worth checking.
