Beauty Bae delivers Korean skincare across the Sultanate of Oman. Here is exactly what to expect.

Where we deliver

We deliver to every governorate in Oman — Muscat, Dhofar, Al Batinah North and South, Ad Dakhiliyah, Ash Sharqiyah North and South, Ad Dhahirah, Al Buraimi, Al Wusta and Musandam.

We do not currently ship outside Oman.

Delivery charges

• Standard delivery anywhere in Oman — OMR 1.500
• Orders over OMR 15.000 — free delivery

The charge is calculated automatically at checkout. The free delivery threshold is based on your order total before the delivery charge, and after any discount code has been applied.

How long it takes

We pack orders within one working day of receiving them. After that:

• Muscat — 2 to 3 working days
• Rest of Oman — 5 to 7 working days

Our working week is Monday to Sunday. Orders placed during a public holiday are processed on the next working day. Delivery times can stretch a little during Eid, Ramadan and National Day.

Your delivery address

Most addresses in Oman are not easy to find by street name alone, so please help our courier find you:

• Give a mobile number that will be switched on
• Include your way number, building or villa number, and a nearby landmark
• A Google Maps location pin is the single most useful thing you can add

If a delivery fails because the address was incomplete or we could not reach you by phone, the parcel comes back to us and a second delivery attempt will be charged again.

Tracking your order

You will get a confirmation email the moment your order is dispatched, with a tracking number where the courier provides one. If you have not heard from us within two working days of ordering, email info@beautybae.ae and we will check on it.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available across Oman. Two things worth knowing:

• Please have close to the exact amount ready — couriers do not always carry change
• The courier will normally call before arriving, so keep your phone nearby

If your parcel arrives damaged

Do not throw the packaging away. Photograph the outer box and the product as you found them, and email info@beautybae.ae within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace or refund it — see our Refund Policy for the full detail.

Storing your skincare in Omani heat

Please do not leave your parcel sitting in a car or in direct sun. Actives like vitamin C, retinal and some sunscreens degrade quickly above 30°C. Bring your order indoors as soon as it arrives and store it somewhere cool and dark.
